FAQS

A: Because many people do not get very much fiber in their daily diets, when they do increase their fiber intake they may experience gas, cramping, or loose stools. The key to successfully increasing fiber intake without experiencing adverse effects is to gradually increase your fiber and make sure you get plenty of water. Start with 1/2 or 1/3 of the daily dosage and increase gradually over a few weeks.

A: True Dispersion™ Technology fiber ensures that the psyllium, other ingredients such as oat bran, guar gum, and pectin, are completely released and dispersed for thorough colon cleansing.* Encapsulated fiber supplements have limited surface area in which to trap and bind products of detoxification. Because True Dispersion Technology fiber completely disperses, it is both comfortable and provides superior surface area to bind toxins for elimination.*

A: Psyllium is one of the most preferred cleansing fibers because of its ability to bind toxins, increase stool bulk, and support regularity.*
