Please review the Tax Exemption Resources Page for information on the accepted documentation. Once you have your form filled out, email it to registrations@integrativepro.com. Please note: If you choose to place an order before your exemption status is verified, you will be charged sales tax.

Once logged in, you may add, or update payment methods in "Account Information". For address updates select "Address Maintenance" from the store navigation. Just fill out the request form and our team will soon be in touch with a confirmation that your request was completed.
Website accounts are eligible to ship to clinic locations or staff residences. Please reach out to customer care for other shipment options.
