Shipping policy

Products you purchase through the Site will be shipped to you at the address you designate as the shipping address during the check-out process. 

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Integrative Therapeutics, LLC is not responsible for any packages that are refused or held for delivery.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any orders that are refused by intended recipient or that cannot be delivered to due to an address error.
  • Currently, our Products are only available for purchase by residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, and will only be shipped within the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Some products may not be available to ship to some states, or territories due to applicable state laws.
  • We offer Standard and Expedited Shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping
      • Orders under $200 will be charged an $8.95 shipping fee.
      • No shipping charges will be assessed for orders over $200 with standard delivery methods.
      • Order value will be calculated at the net invoiced amount, after discounts.
    • Expedited Shipping Options. Approved orders received at or before 3:00 PM CT on a business day and not a holiday will be processed on the same business day. Expedited shipping options are calculated by business days and non-holidays. Holidays and weekends are excluded.
      • 2nd Day - shipping costs are dependent upon order size. Cost is calculated at the time of the order.
      • Next Day - shipping costs are dependent upon order size. Cost is calculated at the time of the order.
      • 2026 Holidays: January 1, January 19, February 16, May 25, June 19, July 3, September 7, November 26, November 27, December 24, and, December 25.
